Customers come first. Always

No organisation can survive without taking care of its customers. We strive to look after our customers but as importantly we work with them to ensure they look after theirs. The interactive nature of the Internet is unparalleled in offering the ability for companies to build and maintain a strong, low cost, dialogue with their customers. We design solutions which make this possible.

The primary purpose of business is wealth creation

That's what motivates shareholders (be they employees or investors). It follows then that any investment a business makes needs to flow through to an increase in profitability. We believe that the Internet is a business tool and, if properly applied, will increase the wealth of a company.

A Growing business is a successful business

Sales growth is frequently a precursor of profit growth and so growing the top line is critical for any successful business. A well managed Internet presence can be a major source of new revenue.

Technology has no value

Since a big part of what we do is about Technology (of all types) it may sound strange that we don't hold this as one of our values. But it's true. Technology is only of value when it is applied and realises clear business benefit as a result. Too many companies sell Technology. Not enough sell solutions.
