Introduction to Red Slate

Red Slate Internet is a subsidiary of IIH, a mixed business group with combined sales of £25million in 2001.

Being part of a larger group offers us financial strength and security but we operate independently and this allows us to be quick, flexible and responsive.

In addition to Red Slate Internet, there are two other operating divisions within IIH.

The How2 Knowledge Group

The How2 Knowledge Group has been created to meet the need for a new approach in transferring and developing managerial and professional know-how.

The founders, who started the first UK telemarketing business in 1981, have been involved over the last twenty years in extensive market and customer development programmes, including the launch of First Direct, Mercury and 121, amongst others. The original partnership has helped to create and deliver leading edge solutions in marketing and training, by pioneering the integration of direct communications and data technology.

AskHow2 acts as a knowledge broker, matching the information needs of sole traders, SMEs and large corporates, to the knowledge of experts in their field. These partners support the fulfilment of knowledge solutions, delivered as integrated managed services through the Askhow2.com web site, the How2Direct customer service help desks and MCBS, the management consultancy business school, which all form the How2 Knowledge Group.

You can find out more about AskHow2 at www.askhow2.com.
